First of all…I’m REALLY disappointed in myself when it comes to this so-called “blog” that I decided to start. I really thought this was going to be so motivating for me and to get me inspired and all of that junk. However, like many other projects that i ‘ve started in my life have been abandoned…like this “blog.”
My goal is to do better. The best part!? I REALLY mean it. I’m devoted this time and I don’t give up easily. So, nice try universe but this girl is getting some discipline coming 2022. I’ve made the bold decison to do “The 6 Month Challenge”…That’s what I call it at least! I’m disappearing for 6 months on social media and that’s going to start right at midnight. I refuse to let myself down once again.
Now. You may be asking yourselves “What exactly IS the 6 month challenge??”
I’m here to explain.
Basically! You disappear for 6 months. You delete social media and purely focus on yourself and your goals. Not disappearing from the people that you love of course. Like family and close friends. But disappearing from distractions mostly. Here’s what I plan on doing…
Today I bought a 2022 planner and that was the first step. I plan on documenting EVERY DAY for 6 months on what exactly I do in a day. I set goals for the whole month of each month and just take baby steps on those goals. The whole point is to start out small so it’s more achievable. I plan on dedicating a song each week in the month and documenting how the month exactly plays out. When it comes to the end of each month I document the highs and lows that happened and give myself an overall rating how that month went for me. I also plan on writing a blog post of each month on the last day which you will find here. I plan on getting rid of distractions and keeping the stuff that inspires me.
I’m VERY excited for this journey. I already have my small priorities written down in my planner for January. I don’t really want to get into SERIOUS detail about what my full plans are because I want to save it for each months blog posts. I know…the suspense is killing you and I’m sorry for the vagueness but it’s all apart of the plan!
